    David B. Mandell, JD, MBA and Carole Foos

    Description

    On November 12, 2014, PSEN launched "4th Quarter Tax Tips" as the first in its new Money Matters series of webinars. This session identifed a number of opportunities that  exist to reduce taxes on income, including:

    (1) tax-minimizing corporate structures for the practice and other related ancillaries;

    (2) how to reduce taxes using different types of qualified retirement plans, from 401(k)s to defined benefit plans to SEP-IRAs;

    (3) a review of non-qualified benefit planning –  including the use of non-qualified and fringe benefit plans to reduce taxes; and

    (4) captive insurance arrangements, which can be significantly tax–favored.

    If you are interested in hearing about ways to reduce your taxes, this is a must-view session. This webinar was presented by David B. Mandell, JD, MBA and Carole C.
